To accommodate tax considerations invarious jurisdictions, we work with local Huntington's organizations through the Huntington Society of Canada (which does all the banking and accounting for Laura's Hope). Below are details of how to contribute through our main partners.

The Huntington Society of Canada can take donations online, and deposit cheques from anywhere, in any currency, although tax receipts are only valid in Canada. When making a donation online please remember to specify that your donation is for the Laura's Hope Fund in the comment box provided.

In the United States, we work with the Hereditary Disease Foundation. Unfortunately we are not able to take online donations through the HDF.
Donations can be sent by cheque to the HDF. Please make your cheque payable to the Hereditary Disease Foundation LH .
(NB... please do NOT put Laura's Hope in the memo section of your cheque. An arcane bit of IRS regulation prevents them from issuing you a valid tax receipt if you do. Feel free to put a Post-It note, or attach a separate note saying 'for Laura's Hope', but please do not write 'Laura's Hope' on the cheque).
